Shipping and Return Policy
No sale is final until you are completely satisfied with our product. We will exchange any item with a valid reason within thirty days of purchase. If you need to return an item send it to:

Please include packing slip with the item. No exchanges on clearance and sale items. Please return the packages using a trackable carrier such as UPS, FED EX, or USPS with delivery confirmation. We cannot track packages and are not responsible for lost packages that are not sent this way. A tracking number is a must.

If you need to exchange an item, send it to the same address with a note letting us know what you need and we will fill your request based on availability. Applicable shipping charges will apply. If we sent the wrong item, we will pay all shipping costs associated with getting you the correct item.

If a product arrives damaged, please contact us before returning it. We will contact the carrier and once they have agreed, we will re-ship the item (if available) at no charge. There is usually no reason to return the damaged merchandise unless we request it.

WE CANNOT REFUND SHIPPING CHARGES.
