1. When can I expect my order to be shipped?

Most orders are shipped within 1 to 2 business days.*
Backordered items will be notified of ship date.
*Please allow an extra 24 to 48 hours during the Holiday Seasons {Christmas, New Years}.

2. Is the ordering secure?

Yes. Our server encrypts data using a Comodo encryption certificate. Your credit card information is secure and only seen by our catalog department when your order is processed.

3. Why can't I ship to an address other than mine?

You can. Once you are registered and logged in, the Ship to screen appears. It will contain the billing address information by default, but this can be changed to whatever shipping address you need.

4. Why do you need my email address?

We need your email address to:
· Send your password hint if you ever forget your password
· Send your order tracking number once your order is shipped
· Contact you about your order if an item is not available

5. Can you ship to P.O. Boxes?

In most cases, no. Most of our orders are shipped via UPS and which does not ship to P.O. Boxes. The only exception to this is shipments only containing stickers and/or emblems, which can be shipped via US Postal Service to P.O. Boxes. We will determine the best shipment method for those items on an order-by-order basis. However, if USPS is used, no tracking number is available.

6. Why do I need an account to purchase items?

Your ScreenTech account will provide you with additional features and conveniences, verses not having an account. The account will allow you to store simple multiple Billing and Shipping addresses, and you'll only need to enter this information once. The account will also store order history, showing previous orders you have placed using your ScreenTech account, as well as order status, so you can check to see if your order has been shipped. You'll easily be able to access tracking numbers for your packages. Also, shopping carts you have started but not completed are stored with you account, so you can retrieve them later.

7. Can I call my order in?

Sure, call 1-800-230-7010, but PLEASE note that it takes us longer to get these orders out, as we have to enter the order into the system, the exact same way you do. So if you are concerned about ordering over the Internet, calling in the order doesn't change the fact that you are ordering over the Internet. We enter every order into the system via the website. It's safe and secure. Plus when we enter the order it takes time from us to ship other orders and add items to the site.

8. How do backorders work?

If an item on you order is backordered and we know it's going to be sometime before we are going to get it, we will ship the rest of the order. We do not charge shipping on the backordered items
